Once your order has been accepted there is a 3 day processing time before the item is shipped.

PLEASE NOTE - due to covid-19 there are shipping delays.

Standard shipping (after the processing time) 3-5 working days 

First class (after processing time) 1-2 working days

Unfortunately I do not accept returns or refunds on either a physical puzzle box or digital.
